Plans, Renderings and Estimates

This package is for an on-site design consultation to discuss the scope of work, aesthetic and functional goals for the space as well as the project timeline and investment range. This information will then be put together in the form of a floor plan, elevations, rendered perspectives, and a mood board to give you a design plan as well as a general materials estimate to begin creating a project budget. Revisions will be charged at a rate of $300 per set of drawings and estimates.
