Remodeling Package

Yancy Interior Design LLC can walk you through the entire process of a remodel from creating a design to material selections, hiring the contractor, and managing installation from demo to moving in!
We start with a free phone or video consultation to discuss the scope of work, timeline, price ranges, and the design process. If all sounds good we'll schedule the on-site assessment so we can dive deeper into your motivation, goals, timeline, price range, and lifestyle needs to be incorpoarted into your new design. A signed project proposal and $1,000 are required to cover the time on site, your copies of the designs and estimates, and include up to 3 design revisions. Additional revisions are $150 each.
At the end of the on-site assessment we will schedule our next meeting to review the initial designs and estimates so that we can plan the next steps in finalizing design, selections and scope of work for ordering. This may include a contrator site visit, ordering samples, revisions, or any other adjustments that need to be made until the design is ready to become reality.
Payment terms will be based on the size of the project as well as the contractor and vendor terms.
